"Pan curculair" is probably a typo. I think it should read "pan circulair", which would be "pancircular" in English.

: I thought of that too, but the relatively few google hits for 'pancircular' don't seem to have anything to do with this context. Can you explain what 'pancircular' means and how it relates to this context?
