blok nr. en AUDA nr.

Hi everyone,
I'm translating insurance co. damage reports. There are a lot of codes and abbreviations. I'll be appealing to your Pro minds for more than a question... as there's no context available.
blok nr. is presented in a row where I also found: kenteken, chassis nr. (got those!) and then type/blok nr. (a letter, 3 numbers, and 3 more letters make up this code : Z 111 CCC). Can you tell me what blok is?
About AUDAnr., it follows the rapport nr., opdr.dat. (opdracht datum). The AUDAnr is made up of 4 letters and 2 numbers (NNNN00); the window after it is Deelrap: AUD (I still haven't found out what this is, but I am guessing deelrapport).
The only reference that might help is the following. Under a list of parts and respective prices, it reads SYSTEEM AUDATEX. I guess AUDA and AUD refer to this. Does anyone know what the SYSTEEM AUDATEX is?
Thanks!

motor block nr
I guess that the blok nr is the number of the motor block, like the chassis nr

Comment: "It is and AUDA (for the record) is audatex, an assesment of damage system used all over Europe. Amazing, isn't it?
Thanks!"
