paç fat; fat të mbarë

There are a couple of ways you can say "good luck" in Albanian. The more word per word translation would be "fat të mbarë".

"paç fat" is more of a greeting or wish for another person and would suit your situation better. However, you can use either expression and the meaning will get accross.

Ju vafte mbare! Te vafte mbare!

Two very "Albanian" expressions, wishing good luck to somebody that is about to start something new, or is going to do something very difficult, etc..
Ju vafte mbare! - formal or plural form
Te vafte mbare! - informal, singular form
