5.6.5.1. CONTRACTOR shall prepare minutes for every meeting held within two (2) workdays for review by the Company Representative. Minutes shall cover all issues discussed at each meeting, specific action items with the identity of the individual with action responsibility and the target completion date, and show status of all open issues carried forward from previous meetings.
