Is it GRIHO-SHONGSHTHAN SHAHAJYO SEBA?
The way you used english alphabets to describe the above in Bengali/Bangla is perfect. Use of "H" "h" or half "h" as an accent(s) mark help a great deal to properly understand and correctly pronounce Bengali/Bangla words.
For Example: word SEBA if you add "H" than its sHeh+bah = sHehba or even the word shey+ba = sheyba.
GRIHO is o.k. but I like gree+Hoh = greeHoh
