welcome marketing

my translation is actually from Italian into Chinese. what's weird to me is the fact that I cannot find any reference about this "welcome marketing" in English! so far, I've found only explanations in Italian: it's said that it is a welcome approach, it's about offering opportunities and meeting the immigrate's needs in order to facilitate the integration. how can I translate this into Chinese?

Selected
欢迎(市场)策略/ 安顿(市场)策略/安心(市场)策略
The first two are more literal translations, and the last extends the meaning a bit. Hope my effort helps.

政策 is normally translated into English as policy, but if it fits the context, why not? 欢迎政策 sounds good to me. I put 市场 in brackets because I also felt it redundant, but without knowing the context, I thought I ought to put it there. Best wishes with your translation!

Note from asker:
what about 欢迎政策? thank you Daisy for your help! I personally won't add 市场 and I feel 安顿 and 安心 don't really suit the context, but I really appreciate your efforts ;) |
Thank you for your help! I just wanted to reply to your suggestions..I'll keep thinking about it until I hand it in. Many thanks again. |

新移民欢迎会
At first, I am amazed there’s no equivalent in Chinese for this terminology despite the simple words it consists. Thinking for a while, I think it’s very natural. After all, China is not an immigrant country and there’s no such a thing as ‘welcome market’ in China.
I checked the British HO website and couldn't find a clue there.
The translation given by me literally means ‘a welcome meeting held for new immigrants’. From my point of view, it covers the basic meaning of 'welcome market', however, there will be some information inevitably missing in the translation.
Hope this will help.

Sorry I didn’t notice your discussions above. I think “(新移民)欢迎政策” would be better. ‘Policy’ cannot only be launched by governments, but also companies. ‘Strategy' (策略)sounds vague and suggests it's only a broad idea, a goal.

CCP used to link "方针” and “政策” together. They often say "我党的方针政策”. This example shows that there are differences between the two words.
“方针” means guidelines, the guiding principles adopted to do something.
"政策“ means policies, some detailed methods you can rely on to do something.
In this case, I prefer "欢迎政策”.
"欢迎方针“ sounds just not right.

well, it's an interesting note yours, that China is not an immigrant country. I would love to deepen this topic. Anyway this 会 doesn't really fit the context. I'm translating a CSR statement, that's why I would rather translate it into "policy". For instance, this paragraph states that the company deceided to translate its website into many different languages to facilitate new immigrants. thank you for your help! |
and what do you personally think about transating into 欢迎方针? |
thank you very much for your explanation! 多谢! |
