| Díky, ne eurlex se v tomto smyslu objevuje "odůvodnění" (sets out reasons for the provisions of an enactment). Rekapitulace by snad odpovídala, i když nerad bych si "vymýšlel", pokud je nějaký zaužívaný termín. Navíc se jedná o dokument UK, ne EU. Tam to možná bude trochu jinak |
