small, medium, large
In Dutch shops, that is in the Netherlands, we just use small, medium and large, I've never seen these words translated when refering to clothing sizes. If you want or have to translate them anyway, klein, middel and groot as suggested by Traverse and Delta will do fine.

Comment: "Thanks for the extra explanation of the usage. I'm actually going to use these to describe sizes of medical implants, just used the clothing example to give some common context. Thanks for your help!"

klein, middel, groot
in sommige gevallen wordt ook "medium" gehandhaafd in een vertaling, maar "klein" en "groot" voor resp. "small" en "large" kun je in alle contexten gebruiken. Succes!

in Belgium these terms are not translated either; you will often hear the pronunciation tampered with, though
