Plants shall not ask questions around specific dates that may lead to a precise conclusion on concrete non-public planned outage schedule or strategic decisions
If an occasion arises where information, that has the characteristics of insider information, is shared in presence with Short term optimizers, a Trading Stop shall be initiated by the Short term optimizer. This Trading Stop can be lifted as soon as the inside information is published
Where support from the Short term optimizer is really needed to make a proper Uniper optimal decision (should be an exception), it should be taken into account that this will trigger a Trading Stop and therefore the Plant personnel should be prepared to send out a UMM quickly after the discussion with the Short term optimizer
