Given the very specific context here, I'm pretty sure this is a phonetic (transcription?) error: in sloppy speech (or maybe to non-native ears?), there's not a great deal of difference in the sound of 'shader' (long A) and 'shedder' (short E) — with that typically exasperating confusion of 'A' and 'E' we're so prone to in EN!
A 'load shedder' is certainly the sort of device likely to be used in this sort of context.
Note that 'load sharer' is a lot less common, the word 'splitter' being more frequently used for such an action; though 'load sharing' is, of course, a common-enough term.

No, Gilles, we don't talk about 'unloader' in EN in this context, the proper term is a 'load shedder'.
