How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

However, your source text's "rated voltage = 142 mAh" is quite simply WRONG, since the dimension expressed in mAh (milliampere-hours) is in fact an energy capacity (commonly used to describe batteries etc.) — so it is certianly not in any way, shape or form a 'voltage'!
It does, however, illustrate the way 'rated ...' will be used when specifying a single parameter; here, it should be 'rated capacity', for example.

Gilles has kindly highlighted an important point that I had glossed over; I don't believe an equivalent single-word term is used in FR to express the 'rating' often used in EN (i.e. with no parameter specified); the equivalent in FR would have to be 'valeur nominale' as Gilles rightly points out.
'rating's)' is often found, for example, as a form of heading, e.g.
Ratings:
Voltage: 230 V
Current: 1 A
Power: 230 W
...whereas in FR we'd need to say:
"Valeurs nominales :
..."
