Je pense qu'il s'agit içi d'outils coupants (certainement pas d'outillages) dont le point d'attaque sur le semifabricat est situé à l’intérieur du plan axial longitudinal (vertical) déterminé pas l'axe longitudinal de l’ensemble de l'outil.
