A conservative XXXX approach, in which it allocated only, say, ***one third of its assets to be ‘on-risk’*** in any one year (thus leaving two-thirds to replace on-risk capacity after large draw-downs on ARC-F’s retention) and aimed for 200-year survivability, would naturally lead to higher initial capital requirements and/or higher premium pricing (and thus an apparently diminished value proposition) to client countries, while a less conservative approach (more capital at risk each year, lower survivability criteria) might allow early operations to proceed with less initial capital and lower premium pricing, but ...
