Asker: Danke für die Hilfe! Diese Grace Period wird gegeben, nachdem der Testzeitraum abgelaufen ist. Z.B. der Testzeitraum = 14 Tage, nach Ablauf der 14 Tage bekommt der Interessent nochmals 7 Tage. Das ging nicht ganz aus meiner Frage hervor. Danke :-)

Wikipedia : A grace period is a period of time past the deadline for fulfilling an obligation during which a penalty that would be imposed for being late is waived.
Investors : The additional period of time a lender or insurance policy issuer provides for a borrower to make payment on a debt without penalty.
And the second page is along the same lines.
The German word Kulanz seems to embody this meaning and a search has turned up credible matches.

disagree  Birgit Gläser: "Kulanz" is a waiver on something or exchanging a defect product after expiration of the warranty. In the late payment sense it would be "Karenztage" as in days for which no late-payment fee is raised, but both not really suitable here.
