Question: In order to guarantee high standards of the pedagogical processes a “culture of self evaluation” has to be introduced or strengthened within the institution.

Of course the highest possible standards of the pedagogical processes should be guaranteed. Even if the belief in market forces for this objective is growing there is a strong European movement towards using mainly self-evaluation of the institution, often continued with external evaluation about every fifth year.

Do you think this is necessary and possible to achive in your institution?
