תקני תוכן מפתח
אפשר גם "תקנים של תכני מפתח" אבל אין הכרח לרבות את "תוכן"

: I think key modifies standards, not content (which therefore would be plural in Hebrew)

הביטוי "תקני תוכן מפתח" לא מסתדר בעברית לכן הייתי מחליפה את המילה מפתח ב"קרדינלי" או "קובע" או עיקרי או דבר מתאים אחר.

: mafte'akh is a perfectly good Hebrew word. The collocation is key-standards = tikney-mafte'akh, which works perfectly nicely. Cardinal is not a Hebrew word, and is not the correct translation at all.
