"XXX obligations under the Agreement are subject to it being satisfied with market conditions, documentation and business and financial condition."

czy chodzi tu o to, że spełnienie obowiązków XXX jest zależne od warunków rynkowych, dokumentacji i sytuacji finansowo-gospodarczej?
