to jest oddzielny zupelnie jezyk.
Nazwanie go dialektem chiskiego to tak jak nazwanie polskiego dialektem czegos tam.
Jest to na pewno jeden z jezykow Chin (kraju) ale nie jest absolutnie dialektem zadnego jezyka. :)
