În general în română, ca termen contabil, "ledger" se traduce cu "carte mare". Totuşi, în română "carte mare" are un sens bine definit (vezi http://www.rubinian.com/dictionar_detalii.php?id=1032 ), care nu pare să se potrivească cu sensul lui ledger din "invoice ledger". Cel puţin, dacă este să ne luăm după unele din informaţiile disponibile pe net ...

Eu aş spune că dimpotrivă. Dacă apare "ledger item" izolat, atunci "item" se referă la un articol din registrul respectiv. Dacă era vorba de factură, mă gândesc că ar fi fost "invoice item" ...
