English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general) trial

You will be entitled to legal aid only if you can satisfy both the merits and means tests. There are some lengthy forms which we will help you to fill in.

The merits test requires the Court to asses if the case is serious enough to merit funding at public expense. We will advise you if your case is likely to pass the merits test.

The means test relates to your income and capital. If you are in receipt of Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support or Guarantee Credit then you will automatically satisfy the means test.
