i avea deja aplicat sigiliul Statelor Unite. Marbury s-a adresat Curții Supreme, cerând emiterea de către aceasta a unui ordin de injoncțiune (“writ of mandamus”).

  -> Ouch... Materialul citat apartine unui doctor in drept constitutional...E posibil ca in cazul acesta "injonctiune" sa aiba sensul de "presiune", si nu de ordin..
