1.1 This Contract ref: BIH-13-090E-TTBIRO-W is subject to the General Conditions for Civil Works, attached hereto as Annex I. The provisions of such Annex shall control the interpretation of this Contract and in no way shall be deemed to have been derogated by the contents of this letter and any other Annexes, unless otherwise expressly stated under section 4 of this letter, entitled "Special Conditions".

Vrlo sličan ugovor: Ovaj Ugovor podliježe odredbama Opštih uslova za ugovaranje građevinskih radova koji su objavljeni u Priručniku za provođenje procedura u realizaciji projekata rekonstrukcije i povratka u BiH i sa čijom su se primijenom ugovorne strane saglasile potpisivanjem izjave koja se nalazi u prilogu ovog Ugovora. Odredbe Opštih uslova za ugovaranje građevinskih radova biće primijenjene pri tumačenju ovog Ugovora i neće se smatrati da je sadržaj ovog Ugovora ili nekih drugih priloga po njih derogativan.
