Transcripci�n de unos v�deos sobre el uso de uno sellante hemost�tico. No entendemos muy bien la frase "rimmed and broached". Hemos pensado en "Se puede ver que el f�mur proximal ha sido reconstruido y escariado" pero agradecer�amos cualquier sugerencia.

Contexto:
"At this time, the femoral head has been exposed and the neck of the femoral head cut, exposing the acetabulum. The dissection has been made to expose the acetabulum. Rimming of the acetabulum has been made and prepared for prosthesis with the anticipated bleeding coming from the rimmed surface. We do not recommend application of the matrix to the acetabular surface. The acetabular component, the prosthesis, has been placed with attention now directed to femoral preparation. One can see that proximal femur has now been rimmed and broached."
