mentecuerpo

This is exactly what it looks like, "body" and "mind" stuck together. It is not a standard word. I would reverse the order, otherwise the result looks like an English speaker's attempt to translate the adverb "bodily".

"Mente y cuerpo", "cuerpo y mente"

It can be two and quite related things: a Yoga company or association or, -from which it takes its name-, the close relationship of body and mind that takes place in yoga philosophy and practice. Jon's translation is fine and found some links with "mentecuerpo", some related to yoga and some to..."causes of acné". I myself prefer and feel more comfortable with "mente y cuerpo" o "cuerpo y mente" (see 2nd link), for Spanish hardly joints two nouns in one as English does so often, and minds not the use of "y" between two nouns in a Noun Phrase. "Mentecuerpo" is quite a newly made-up anglicism which sounds rather like some kind of X-files episode title...but then, X-files was quite a hit in Spain. You choose! G'luck :)

la conexión entre mente y cuerpo

just to offer you more choices:

Bodymind almost always appears as "the body-mind connection" and you may wish to say it that way because then it becomes more understandable.

la conexión entre mente y cuerpo, or
la conexión mentecuerpo
