Creo que se refiere esto, ya que he encontrado el término en un documento (referencia 1) donde se habla de PHAST Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation Technology, que has mencionado en la otra consulta. Se trata de un programa de la OMS. En el documento que te indico más abajo (referencia 2), mantienen CPC en español. Espero que te sea de ayuda. Un saludo!
