English Bus/Financial Finance (general) CERTIFICATION AND DECLARATION ON INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM OVER FINANCIAL REPORTING

In light of OKOM, LE CFO (Accounting Department Responsible if not applicable) and GBS / Organization Unit Responsible are requested to submit to the LE Board a proposed “certification program” (CP). Such document – explaining background, contents and time table of the working plan to be set up in order to comply with Holding’s requirements – has to be approved by the LE Board and sent to the G MC S (Board meeting minutes stored in the dedicated eRoom).
