a catheter device used for vascular lesions
"The Pullback Atherectomy Catheter (PaC) is an over the wire catheter designed to circumferentially debulk occlusive or obstructive vascular lesions. When the diameter of the vessel is larger than that of the catheter, external compression with BP cuff may be applied at the lesion site. PAC can be used for lesions in 2.5 mm to 6.0 mm arteries usually found in femoral or tibial vessels. Lesion length is not a limiting factor in the use of the device. It appears to perform equally well in focal or diffuse lesions, eccentric or concentric lesions(38)."
