Hi,
I found bake-out unit as being uitstookapparaat.
To bake is to harden by heat. Therefore I think you should describe it as being 'uitstook van de verhitter' or 'verhittersuitstook'. Of course 'uitstook' does not officially exist and therefore difficult to determine if it is 'de' or 'het'. My feeling is 'de'.
