Corporate Governance Explanation: Ich würde es nicht übersetzen, da es ein relativ etablierter Ausdruck im deutschen Sprachgebrauch ist. Es gibt sogar eine "Grundsatzkommission Corporate Governance". siehe Thyssen-Krupp/Investor Relations http://www.thyssenkrupp.com/ger/investor/corporate-governanc... u.v.a.m. auf Google Google, Internet, Erfahrung |

Corporate Governance Explanation: In some dictionaries you find something like "Verwaltungs- oder Herrschaftsstruktur eines Unternehmens" (zB Dietl, Dictionary of Legal, Commercial and Political Terms), but I have never come across this phrase and when you search for the term on the internet, you'll get only a small number of hits. "Corporate Governance" seems to have become a standard phrase in German too. The TIS/Consilium dictionary too, does not translate here (http://tis.consilium.eu.int) You will also find the phrase used in a large number of German language web sites, such as e.g. The OECD's German website on Corporate Governance:www.oecd.org/daf/governance/principles-ger.htm or Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin: "Corporate Governance, Innovation, and Economic Performance in the EU" (in German): http://www.wz-berlin.de/ra/projekt2_0.de.htm etc |
