Explanation:
I leave in Brazil and our Portuguese is slightly different. I am giving you a translation anyway, in the case that you are in a hurry and can´t wait for an answer from Portugal.

Adivinhe quem?
Olá, (*)!
Surpresa!
Queríamos apenas que tu soubesses que há alguém a pensar em ti ... em Português!
Saudades (**)

(*) I really don't know the expression used in Portugal. Maybe you can use his nickname.
(**) Literally, it means "We are missing you". It is a very strong felling in Portugal, and, in fact, Portugueses are very fond of this particular word, regarded to have no equivalent in any other language.

I hope it helps.

Olá borracho!
Surpresa!
Só queríamos que soubesses que há alguém a pensar em ti... em Português.
Muitas saudades e beijinhos.

I totally agree with Márcio regarding the word "saudades" and the portuguese are very caressing, so I also added some kisses (beijinhos)
