debossed Explanation: debossed gives "impression en creux" in french granddictionnaire then eurodicautom says "impression en creux" = "impresion in hueco" in spanish! i guess that you've got to find the past participle for "impresion" and that should fit hope it'll help |

"Debossed" es realmente una palabra poco comúnl... Explanation: ... ni siquiera está en el Webster! Pero significa "impreso/grabado en bajorrelieve". Los medicamentos en pastillas/comprimidos muchas veces tienen grabados letras o números que permiten identificarlos fuera del frasco. Si recuerdo bien, en Argentina la aspirina tiene la palabra "Bayer" escrita en bajorrelieve, por ejemplo. "Debossed" también se usa acá en USA para referirse a tarjetas de crédito que han sido rayadas o 'lastimadas' y necesitan ser reemplazadas. Espero que te ayude. Un beso, Elinor! |
