• State XXX’s policy related to receiving and giving of business gifts.

• Provide business travelers with a reasonable level of service and comfort at the lowest reasonable cost.

• Maximize XXX’s ability to negotiate discounted rates with preferred suppliers and control travel expenses.

• Define reimbursable and non-reimbursable business expenses.

• Comply with all country tax regulations in the support of deductibility and reimbursement requirements.
