Hallo Leute,

ich übersetze gerade eine Urkunde über die Anerkennung der Vaterschaft.

Da steht: "Nachdem er über die Bedeutung der Vaterschaftsanerkennung, einer Unterhaltsverpflichtungserklärung und der unter IV. aufgeführten Unterwerfungsklausel(n) belehrt wurde, erklärt er folgendes:..."

Punkt IV. gibt es in diesem Dokument nicht, es ist wohl eine Bezugnahme auf ein Gesetz, das vorher erwähnt wurde. Mir ist auch auf Deutsch nicht klar, was das ist. Hat wer eine Inspiration?
