Eine wichtige Neuerung ist der im Ölfiltergehäuse integrierte
Zuheizthermostat für schnelleres Aufheizen des Getriebeöls. Das Zuheizthermostat
für Getriebeöl ist bis zu einer Kühlmitteltemperatur von < 80 °C
des Motors geschlossen. Ein Kühlmittelstrom durch den Getriebeöl-Kühlmittel-Wärmetauscher
findet nicht statt.
Erreicht die Kühlmitteltemperatur des Motors ≥ 80 °C, so öffnet
das Zuheizthermostat für Getriebeöl und gibt den Kühlmittelstrom vom
Motor über das Thermostat für Getriebeöl frei. So heizt das warme
Kühlmittel das Getriebeöl auf.
Vorteile für das Getriebe:

Wird mit überschüssiger Motorwärme erwärmt
Schnelleren Warmlauf
Geringere Reibleistung
Ein besserer Schaltkomfort steht schneller zur Verfügung.

Niższe straty spowodowane wyższą lepkością


Explanation:
mozna dodac "straty mocy". Jasna sprawa - niska temperatura oleju = jego wyzsza lepkosc = wiecej mocy idzie w mieszanie oleju, czyli dochodzi do strat mocy przy mieszaniu gestego oleju. Jezeli olej ten szybciej sie nagrzeje, to szybciej osiągnie prawidłową lepkość i straty spowodowane wyzszą lepkością oleju będą niższe. Lepkość=tarcie wewnętrzne oleju.

  -> Strata: moc która jest zuzywana na ogrzanie oleju. zaleta opisywanego układu: zawór który powoduje ogrzanie oleju przez płyn chłodzący silnik i przez to umozliwia unikniecie tych strat.
