Bonjour à tous,

Je ne suis pas chirurgien et je dois traduire un rapport de trapézectomie + suspensoplastie et interposition...
Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me dire comment je pourrais traduire la phrase "Präparation eines 1/3 dicken Streifen der APL-Sehne" ? Cela a l'air tout simple, mais je ne comprends pas dans quel sens on prépare le "tiers" en question. En long ? En épaisseur ?
Je consulte tous les documents disponibles en ligne sur ce type d'intervention, mais il y en a tellement de différentes que je m'y perds.
