Η εμπιστοσύνη των διεθνών επενδυτών πιστοποιήθηκε με την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας απαλοιφής του όρου περί μη εκχωρήσεως βαρών υπέρ τρίτων (negative pledge), που ολοκληρώθηκε ταχύτατα και με απόλυτη επιτυχία στο τέλος του 2009 ανοίγοντας τον δρόμο για την απευθείας έκδοση καλυμμένων ομολογιών από την Τράπεζα.

in terms of the condition according to which "μη βεβαρυμένα τμήματα περιουσίας δε μπορούν να βαρυνθούν προς όφελος τρίτων " that´s to my thinking, the condition referred to above, i. e. that of the negative pledge clause. or in other words in line with the condition of the negative pledge clause.
