From the Articles of Incorporation of a bank. I gather that 一斉取得 means a (re)acquisition or buy-back of all of a stockholders shares all at once, but I'm wondering if there's a specific term for this that's used in finance or securities-related companies. Thanks in advance for your help.

Articles of Incorporation would have a clause regarding the redemption of callable (or redeemable) preferred stock (a.k.a. a redemption provision) where the term 株式の一斉取得 may appear. It would state that the issuer has an option to redeem all or part of shares of preferred stock.
