Shiya ni ireru
Simply means that X or it will be considered, or may be possible, or the company will "kenntou suru," and this translation does not need "vision."
I was not realy sure what "Tsukurikomi" meant, but taking the hint from Mike... This simply means that whatever it is may be included in whatever it is that will be made i.e. in the product. My guess is that this is about design modifications required by the client of a manufacturing company. The manufacturing company is saying that they may be able to meet such requirements.
So this is not so much depending "the situation/circumstances" as depending on what X is. Alternatives are therefore, depending on what X, the topic of this sentence is..

Product modifications may be possible.
(here the X is a modification)
X may be accomodated within the product.

We really need to know what this is refering to.
