In the paper on the “Social protection of citizens affected by nuclear testing in Semipalatinsk nuclear test site” that I am presently working on, an excerpt from an article has been quoted. One of the authors is イリヤソワ. Is this a Japanese name? How is it read in English?

Iliyasova
It's a Russian lady's family name. Most likely it's spelt Iliyasova or Iliyasowa in English.
