Noni Gilbert Riley Feb 2, 2007:
Any advence on priafín? I´ve been trying spelling variations! Tartare is the term in English, and for a smart menu like this one, we need swanky terms!
Juan Jacob Feb 1, 2007:
And nothing with "priafín" in guguel. No typos?
Juan Jacob Feb 1, 2007:
¿TartaR or tarta? Tartar must be "steak tartare" in French.

Priafín tartare (flavo(u)red) with sherry

"(flavoured) with sherry" appears on many a menu, such as http://www.dundonnellhotel.com/claymore_restaurant_menu.htm
or http://www.moro.co.uk/moro/foodwine/menu.asp?menu=wk
I don´t think it should go before the main ingredient. Shame we don´t know what that main ingredient is!!!
