While you’re across the line, check out Kentucky Fried Buches, an interesting, modest place that sells deep-fried chicken necks — yes, necks — and corn tortillas and cilantro and salsa, so you can make up your own chicken-neck tacos. (Buche usually refers to the stomach lining, but in chickens it refers to the neck.)
