It's the whole sentence which I am having difficuty..
Se evaluo' el escenario de crudo, tomando como factor volumetrico un valor de 1,1 ** considerando crudo ** con gravedad API por debajode 21^0.
They are taking 1.1 as a volumetric factor? and then it is considered crude based on the vlue of the API gravity? what is this value? 21 is the temp in degrees centigrade, I assume.
Any help will be much appreciated.

sorry, it should be ...with an API gravity lower...
21° is not a temperature measure, it's the API gravity, also in degrees, but means a different parameter
