AS

Medical
Medical: Cardiology
I am having trouble with the following, which is a line in a medical report under Pruebas complementarias (between ECG and echocardiogram)
AS 1-15: Cr 0.85, CT158 HDL 53 LDL 86 Tg 88 hemograma normal
The patient is an elderly woman with ischaemic heart disease
I am fine with everything else apart from AS 1-15. I am sure it is something obvious but can't work it out. I'd appreciate some help. Thanks

Blood testing
Given what follows in the text provided, AS has to mean Análisis (or analítica) de Sangre, since the results shown are blood tests.
Online examples:
"Se obtuvieron ... análisis de sangre (AS) pre y post-operatorios (Hb, WBC, PLT, creatinina sérica) ... "
" Ante tal cuadro se decide realizar un análisis de sangre (AS) con unos resultados de glucemia basal 122 mg/dl, HbA1c 6,7% y TSH 1,42 μUI/ml. "
(We could also call it análisis sanguíneo ... same initials ... but Cosnautas just shows the two options I mentioned above.)

Anaesthesia
This classification for anesthetic agent.
Note from asker:
Thank you for your answer Jude69. However, I agree with Joseph that the term relates to blood tests |

: This term (AS) is being used in the section of the report dealing with "pruebas complementarias" (diagnostic testing). The tests following AS 1-15 are blood tests. Anesthaesia would not be mentioned in this section of the report.

regional anaesthesia confer better pain relief before blood test and mainly used for elderly persons which is the case here

Discussion
The colon suggests this is not a specific test per se but rather a category, and análisis de sangre (quite probably plural, analyses rather than analysis) is the obvious choice.
"Análisis básicos:
• Sangre:
- Hemograma
- Glucemia
- Creatinina
- CT, cHDL, cLDL
- TG
- Ac. Urico
- Iones
- Si diabetes: HbA1c."
