Spanish to English
Art/Literary
Textiles / Clothing / Fashion
Two questions on this one. Here's the first: How I can convey entrañables and de la entraña in English. I've tried "intimate possessions" and "from the intimacy of" but I'm not happy with it. TIA!

beloved essential possesions (from the essence of the visual habits)
I think the word essence (or intimate essence) in a way conveys what entraña is

Comment: "Thank you, again, Claudia! Elsewhere one of the authors talks about how "essential" the sarape was, so this will tie in nicely..."
