Now you have to eat your own words. You have hidden your answer because it shows that you were wrong and didn't take into account the first thing translators must pay attention to: the context. Since you reserve the right to express your opinions frankly, I'll express mine too: you might be very experienced but you should be a bit more humble because this is a place to help your colleagues and to learn, not to show off or undermine them.

("Provisión: 20,00"), I now agree it probably does appear to a 'provision' of funds, which I would usually understand to mean a budget set aside for a specific purpose, although it could also mean a transaction fee of some kind. However, I do reserve the right to express my opinions frankly, whether some might consider them 'rude' or not.
