Swedish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Does anybody know of an official or standard translation for trafikkontoret? I have been using 'department of public works' but am not sure if there is a better option out there.

I've always.. used the Swedish 'Trafikkontoret' after putting the Eng in parentheses. Norskpro's suggestion is pretty much what you need for that. Btw, Göteborg seems to insist on using TK in their Eng texts...have been told to do so, in any case.
