obtuse marginal (OM) arteries
The Swedish word is really "OM-grenen", which refers to "obtuse marginal". The term refers to the branches of the LCX artery.
OM artery is in use in English, but fromm Google it seems rather rare. Possibly you had better write out the full obtuse marginal artery.
