point of departure Explanation: There's probably a better English phrase that I can't think of right now, but the meaning is that the distal stenosis is situated just at the point of departure of the M2 artery. So, something like: "the distal stenosis of the circumflex artery, situated at the departure of the M2 artery, is primary stented with [name of stent]" Well, you can tell that I don't translate into English, but hopefully it might be of some help. |
