Swedish term or phrase: avgång
My second open question about 'avgång'. This time in a different context: a report about PCI says:
"primärstentas den distala circumflexastenosen vid M2:s avgång med [name of stent]"

So far I have: "primary stenting of the distal circumflex stenosis at the M2’s ..."

point of departure

Explanation:
There's probably a better English phrase that I can't think of right now, but the meaning is that the distal stenosis is situated just at the point of departure of the M2 artery.

So, something like:

"the distal stenosis of the circumflex artery, situated at the departure of the M2 artery, is primary stented with [name of stent]"

Well, you can tell that I don't translate into English, but hopefully it might be of some help.
