Anhand einer grossen randomisierten Studie mit 420 Patienten aus 54 hausaerztlichen Praxen [424] konnte die Effektivitaet eines Selbstmanagement-Handbuch belegt werden. Auch die Effectivitaet von Verhaltenstherapie, ausgehend von der hausaerztlcihen Praxis, realisiert durch eine "practice nurse" wurde belegt [425].
Unter Zusammenschau der bisherigen Studienergebnisse wird eine abgestufte psychotherapeutische Intervention auf hausaerztcliher Ebene fuer sinnvoll erachtet. Allerdings muessen die Leistungserbringer/Praxisteams entsprechend dafuer geschult bzw. ausgebildet werden. Ein Selbstmanagementtagebuch in deutscher Sprache muesste erst entwickelt und validiert werden.

The effectiveness of the self-management handbook was proven with the help of large randomised study with 420 patients from 54 GP practices [424] . The effectiveness of the behavioural therapy , originating from the GP practice, done by a “practice nurse”, was also proven [425].
By considering the synopsis of the previous study results, a graded psychotherapeutic intervention at the GP level is considered as sensible. However the service provider/practice teams must be trained accordingly for this. A self-management dairy in German language must be developed first and validated.

All together, 1431 medical practitioners participated in the entire federal region and documented the health condition of their hypertension patients with the help of a doctor and patient questionnaire. The doctors were invited for the participation in the RASANT study. Source text - German Moderne Kraftfahrzeuge weisen häufig eine Vielzahl von elektronischen Systemen, wie Kilometerzähler, Motormanagement-, Navigations- und/oder Sicherheitssysteme auf. Diese elektronischen Systeme sind im Allgemeinen durch ein Bussystem, wie etwa einen CAN-Bus miteinander verbunden und werden von einer kraftfahrzeuginternen Rechnereinheit überwacht. Für einen im Kraftfahrzeug sitzenden Benutzer ist es deshalb möglich, eine Vielzahl von Informationen der einzelnen elektronischen Systeme angezeigt zu bekommen. Als nachteilig hat es sich allerdings herausgestellt, dass sich diese Informationen nicht oder nur sehr umständlich aus dem Kraftfahrzeug heraus auf ein elektronisches Datenverarbeitungselement übertragen lassen.
