İşsizlik, ülkemizin en temel ekonomik ve sosyal sorunlarının başında gelmektedir. Özellikle gençlerimiz arasındaki işsizlik oranı çok yüksektir. Diğer yandan, sanayide nitelikli eleman sıkıntısı çekilmektedir. İşgücü piyasasında arz ve talep bir türlü her tarafı memnun edecek bir dengeye ulaşamamaktadır.
Ankara Sanayi Odası, işgücü piyasasındaki bu sorunu sadece tespit etmekle kalmayıp kurulduğu günden bu yana düzenlediği mesleki eğitim programlarıyla sorunun çözümüne katkı sağlamaya çalışmıştır. Bu doğrultuda ASO’nun sürdürmekte olduğu OSEP (Okul Sanayi Eğitim Programı) projesi bu yıl ilk mezunlarını verecektir. Üyelerimizden gelen talepleri karşılamak, onların özel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için düzenlediğimiz kısa süreli butik eğitim programlarına üyelerimizden gelen talep sürekli artış gösteriyor.
Artık kurumsallaşmış bir süreklilik arzeden ASO Eğitim Atölyesi bugüne kadar, ihracattan işletme yönetimine, bilgisayar kullanımından pazarlamaya kadar uzanan birçok konuda yüzlerce kişiye eğitim vermiştir.
Krizde işsiz kalanlar için uygulamaya başladığımız KİMEP (Kriz İşsizlerine Mesleki Eğitim Programı) eğitim projesi büyük ilgi ve talep gördü. Bu projemizin yurt sathına yayılmasını, bir çok ilimizde benzer programların uygulamaya konulmasını memnuniyetle izlemekteyiz.
Şimdi, Ankara Sanayi Odası olarak, halen sürdürmekte olduğu mesleki eğitim programlarına yeni bir halka ekliyoruz.. ASO “Mesleki Eğitim Akademisi Projesi” ile işsiz gençlerimize mesleki eğitim vererek bilgi ve becerilerini artırmanın yanı sıra mesleki eğitim müfredatının güncellenmesini, çağın gereklerine uygun bir hale getirilmesini de amaçlıyoruz. ASO Mesleki Eğitim Akademisi Projesi kapsamında hazırlanan bu kitaplarımızın eğitim gören öğrencilerimizin yanı sıra mesleki eğitim veren eğitmen ve öğretmenlerimize de yardımcı olacağını umuyoruz.

Unemployment is one of the most fundamental economic and social problems in our country. Especially the unemployment rate is very high among the young. Otherwise, there is a shortage in qualified workers. The supply and demand satisfaction cannot be balanced in labor market.
Ankara Chamber of Industry (ASO), tried to make a contribution for the solution of this problem by organizing vocational education programs besides stating this problem. Accordingly, the OSEP (School Industrial Education Program) Project will graduate its first graduates this year. The demand from our members for the short term boutique education programs we have organized to respond the demands from our members, and their special needs increases constantly.
ASO Education Workshop which offers an institutionalized permanence has trained hundreds of people in various fields such as; exportation, business administration, computer skills, marketing …etc.
The KIMEP (Vocational Education Program for the people who became unemployed after the Crisis) education project received great attention and demand. We are happy to see that our Project is spread nationwide and similar programs are carried out in other cities.
Now, as Ankara Chamber of Industry, we are adding a new cycle to our maintaining vocational education programs. With ASO “Vocational Education Academy Project” we aim to upgrade and modernize the vocational education curriculum besides developing the knowledge and skills of the unemployed youngsters by providing vocational education. We are hoping that these books prepared within the concept of ASO Vocational Education Project will help the faculty and the teachers that give vocational lessons besides our students attending these programs.
